Access to fa9 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. fa9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and the account balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one fa9 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or a different payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fa9 reserves the right to close all related accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold funds pending an investigation.

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating your fa9 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and entitles fa9 to close your account without notice and withhold any balance pending verification.

fa9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal access until compliance is achieved. fa9's KYC requirements are applied consistently and without discrimination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fa9 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to you. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. fa9 will never ask you to provide your password via email, chat, or telephone.

Any activity conducted on your account using your correct login credentials will be treated as authorised by you. fa9 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate password security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fa9 immediately by contacting [email protected]. fa9 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation period to prevent further unauthorised activity.

fa9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and other methods as notified on the fa9 platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the fa9 platform and are subject to change without notice. As a general guide, the minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000, though these figures may vary by payment method. Maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed during the deposit and withdrawal process.

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed with fa9 support. fa9 reserves the right to verify that the payment method used for withdrawal is registered in your name. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals made using an account or wallet not registered in your own name — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

fa9 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: typically within a few hours of approval, subject to KYC status.
• Rocket and Upay withdrawals: typically within 24 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals: may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

fa9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile banking network outages, or bank processing times beyond our control.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider in respect of a fa9 deposit, while retaining funds in your fa9 account that were derived from that deposit, constitutes fraud. fa9 will immediately suspend any account subject to a chargeback dispute, pursue recovery of the full amount disputed, and may pursue legal remedies available under applicable law.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, daily reload offers, and promotional credits offered by fa9 are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. These conditions are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Bonus funds credited to your fa9 account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the offer terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirements — certain game types, such as live dealer games or specific slots, may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

fa9 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting errors in bonus calculations, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or using automated tools to manipulate bonus play. Where bonus abuse is identified, fa9 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the relevant account without prior notice.

The fa9 daily bonus is a recurring reload offer available to eligible active accounts. Eligibility criteria, bonus percentages, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, and maximum bonus caps are specified in the current promotion terms published on the fa9 platform. fa9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the daily bonus programme at any time, with changes taking effect from the date of announcement on the platform.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

In the event of a discrepancy between displayed information and the underlying game or market data, the underlying data takes precedence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fa9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. fa9's aggregate liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your fa9 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour has been identified on the account.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• fa9 reasonably believes that continued account operation poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by fa9 for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be voided. Genuine deposits confirmed as untainted by bonus abuse or fraud will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to fa9.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the fa9 platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

In the first instance, any complaint or dispute should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue. fa9 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days. If the matter cannot be resolved through this process, the player may escalate the dispute in accordance with the arbitration clause above.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
